Appointments

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled spa appointment to allow time to check-in and complete any paperwork. As a courtesy to our stylists, therapists and spa guests, please be prompt to receive your full service. We realize this is not always possible and we will do our best to accomodate your service. If we are running late, we will make our best effort to notify you prior to your service.

Cancellations

Should you need to reschedule or postpone your appointment, we require a minimum of 24-hour notice and a 48-hour notice for a cancellation of a spa package. You may be charged for full service scheduled if a cancellation occurs within 24-hours barring proof of medical emergency. You will be asked to secure your package appointment with a credit card. Booking an appointment at Solace is an acknowledgment of these terms.

Gratuities

Gift certificates do not include gratuities unless otherwise stated. Wedding packages include 20% gratuities.

Children

For your comfort and for those who come to our spa to relax and get away, we ask that children not be brought to the spa unless they have a scheduled appointment.

Cell Phones

Please be mindful that many of our clients are here to relax and we ask that all cell phone conversations be held outside the Salon and Spa. While receiving spa services, we ask that all phones and pagers be turned off or set to vibrate.

For Your Comfort

We request that you disclose any medical condition and/or prescriptions medication that you are taking as some services may not be recommended. We request that you do not shave prior to any facial or body services. Do not schedule waxing and body services on the same day if possible. All face and body services included 5-10 minutes of consultation and room preperation. First time quests are asked to complete a confidential questionnaire regarding skin care habits, health and life-style.

Retina Users

Please inform your skin Care Therapist if you are currently using Retin A or any prescription skin care creams.

Return Policy

Any returned merchandise will graciously be accepted for solan credit only*. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash. *excludes hair brushes, make-up and nail polish.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are redeemable for services or products only and are valid for one full year from date of purchase.
